Not bad, but I'm dead tired. This was my first real bike ride of more than a few hundred yards, and so to put in a good 15-18 miles today was a bit... much, probably. But I've always been the sort to push myself.
Anyways, I'm feeling good, but mildly exhausted. I also haven't eaten much today (1 egg, total), so I'm probably in need of a little sustenance since I've been up for 7 hours now. Good stuff, though.
I think, though, that the 15 mile bike tour I was considering for tomorrow is out. :P No way I'll be able to keep up with experienced bikers yet, no chance. In a few more weeks, if I ride regularly, sure. But right now I'm exercising muscles that don't get a lot of exercise from my normal routine (i.e. walking/ jogging/ running) and they need some time to get used to it. On the other hand, I'm looking forward to seeing what I can leg press in a few weeks. ;)
