It's official.

I've discovered the perfect blend of "stuff" to make a good Subway tuna sandwich.

6 inch tuna sandwich. Italian bread. No cheese. A little lettuce and tomato. Salt and pepper. Sweet peppers. Coke and choice of snack on the side (oatmeal raisin cookies or doritos, depending on the situation*).

That's it. Simple, but actually very good.

Thank you, thank you. I'll be giving a full presentation at the 78th annual Symposium on Optimizing Lunch Configurations in Geneva next month, at which time I will also be releasing the full research paper and documentation. I hope to see you all there.

* - I see the question on your faces, so I'll explain. Oatmeal raisin cookies present a nice closing touch to the meal, an extra course to finish it elegantly. When you want the feeling of a full meal, they can't be beat. However, when you're having a more festive occasion, and want a zestier culinary experience, having a bag of Doritos whilst eating the sandwich will give it that, ah, je ne sais quoi, the, how you say... BAM! and will, eh, as you say, keek it up a notch.
