Quote of the day

One of our salespeople (for the new, not-yet-launched site) on the phone:

"Well, what you just said about the site not being up yet, well, that's a very good point."

(There was more to follow, but hearing him say that, in the salesperson voice and everything, just made me crack up.)

Embarassing music confession time

Ok, so what embarassing music did you once listen to?

Back when I was in junior high, give or take, I was a big fan of Bryan Adams, Paula Abdul, and for a while, yes, even Amy Grant. I haven't actually listened to any of their stuff for years, but I'd probably still like at least some of it even if I did. Go ahead, mock.

So there. It's like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. So, what currently unfashionable and potentially embarassing music did you once (or still) like?

Mailing lists

The thing I hate most about mailing lists is that there are always a few idiots on them who are totally incompetent and near-illiterate who think that it's appropriate to spam the entire list rather than just unsubscribe themselves.
