September 11th

Some of you may not be aware of this yet, as I know they're trying to keep it quiet, but today's the 1 year anniversary of September 11th, 2001.


I was going to say something deep and profound but honestly, I've got nothing to say. My story isn't that interesting, and those who are really interested can just go back through my calendar to get it (here: - you lazy bastards). There's not a lot to say that hasn't already been said somewhere else, and by someone who said it better than I could.

So... yeah. Hope you're all safe and sound out there.

As they say: "...We felt indifferent, confused, selfish, annoyed and, in some cases, even happy or excited. We had thoughts we couldn't explain or control, thoughts we didn't express, except perhaps in whispered conversations."
